GA106: Basic Windthrow Assessments (using FS 712 cards)

This is a quick, fun one day course to provide all the information a field technician would require to ensure that they collect the correct information and make empiric decisions about how wind could impact developments.  The booklet by Steve Mitchell as well as  some more modern methods are described in this course.
